These terms govern your use of What's It Worth?. By using the app, you agree to them.
What's It Worth? ("the app") is published by Puppy Bird Enterprise Inc. ("we," "us"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
The estimate is information, not an appraisal
The app returns an estimated value, a buy or sell read, condition tiers, a confidence level, and comparable sold listings. All of it is informational. It is not a professional appraisal, not financial advice, and not a guarantee of what any item will actually sell for. Resale values move with condition, authenticity, demand, timing, platform, fees, and the specific buyer in front of you. Treat the result as one input into your own judgment, not as a promise.
You are responsible for the decisions you make. We are not a party to any sale, purchase, or trade you enter into.
Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
The app offers a limited number of free scans per week. Unlimited scanning is available through an auto-renewing subscription, offered as a monthly or annual plan. Pricing is shown in the app before you purchase.
Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings, not in the app. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies; we cannot issue them directly. See Support for the steps. Restore Purchases is available in the app.
Acceptable use
Use the app only for lawful purposes and only to value items you have a legitimate reason to value. Do not use it to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or scan content you have no right to submit. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or disrupt the app or the service behind it, and do not resell or redistribute the app's output as your own valuation product. You must have the rights or permission to submit any photos or content you upload.
Intellectual property and your content
The app, its design, software, branding, text, and related materials are owned by PUPPY BIRD ENTERPRISE INC or its licensors. You retain ownership of the photos and content you submit, and you grant us permission to process that content as needed to provide the app's functionality.
Standard end user license
The app is licensed, not sold, to you for use on Apple devices you own or control, under the terms of Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (the "Licensed Application End User License Agreement"), as supplemented by these terms. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that valuations are correct, that comparables are complete, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Puppy Bird Enterprise Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from a buying, selling, or trading decision you made using the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above and post the new version here. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
