What to email us about
- A scan returned a wrong or strange result, or the app showed an error.
- The camera, photo upload, or results screen is not working.
- A subscription, billing, or restore-purchases question.
- A privacy or data request under our Privacy Policy.
- Anything else about the app.
Manage your subscription
Subscriptions are billed by Apple through your Apple ID, so you manage them on your device, not inside the app:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
- Select What's It Worth? to change your plan or turn off auto-renew.
Turning off auto-renew keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds
Apple processes all refunds for App Store purchases. We cannot issue them directly. To request one, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the What's It Worth? purchase, and choose the refund option. If you are not sure whether you have a valid charge, email us and we will help you figure it out.
Restore a purchase
If you subscribed and the app is not unlocking, make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy, then use the restore option in the app. If it still does not unlock, email us with the Apple ID region and the approximate purchase date.
